Just seven months after giving birth to daughter Maxwell, Jessica Simpson is pregnant again.
Us Weekly broke the story this morning: OMG, she's currently expecting her second child.
"It definitely wasn't planned. But yes, Jessica is pregnant again," a family source reveals.
This will throw a wrench on Weight Watchers' Jessica Simpson weight loss campaign.
While Simpson felt energized about her admirable 70-pound slim-down post-baby, her greatest inspiration, she says, is being a mom to her little girl.
"Motherhood is a dream," she told Katie Couric this fall. "It really is absolutely amazing."
The father of surprise baby #1 and surprise baby-to-be is her fiance, Eric Johnson, a former NFL player who's been engaged to Jess for the better part of two years.
Adds the anonymous source of pregnancy number two: "She really is overjoyed!"
Jessica Simpson has yet to confirm the news, but in wishing a Happy Thanksgiving to her 5.7 million Twitter followers, she wrote: "I am so grateful for my new lil family!"
That was November 22, and it was her most recent Tweet.
The last time, she unveiled the big news - that she was going to be a "mummy" - on Twitter. So keep your eye on that for official word that this isn't just bogus celeb gossip.
